A few words about me...

I am a New York area based photographer with diverse interests including nature, wildlife, landscape, sports, and urban photography.

My involvement in photography has been nurtured over 30 years from 35mm and medium format film imaging to my current state of the art digital work flow.

I am a member of the North American Nature Photography Association (NANPA), and travel widely in search of interesting subjects and perfect light.

In the photo to the right, I am shooting at Little Estero Lagoon in Fort Myers Beach, Florida capturing the images of short-billed dowitchers which appear in the masthead slideshow.
